Green management a jeho uplatnění v hotelnictví
Abstract:
Práce se věnuje problematice ekologického managementu a jeho uplatnění v hotelu. Cílem práce je analyzovat využití prvků green managementu a navrhnout zlepšení situace v případě, že budou pomocí analýzy objeveny dílčí problémy. Práce se zabývá i postavením ekohotelů České republiky v rámci Evropy a motivací hostů k zamluvení pobytu v ekologickém hotelu.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the issue of green management and its application into a hotel. Its purpose is to analyse a selected accommodation facility and to propose a new ecological element application based on the results of the analysis.
