Abstract:
This thesis is dedicated to non-invasive single-shot spatial-resolved optical emission spectroscopy of high power impulse magnetron sputtering discharge (HiPIMS) with ICCD high-speed camera records. It is known that HiPIMS discharge is distinguished with azimuthally inhomogeneous zones of enhanced luminous intensity. These inhomogeneities are called ionization zones or spokes. Táto práca sa venuje diagnostike vysoko výkononného impulzného naprašovacieho magnetronového výboja (HiPIMS), ktorá je zameraná na priestorovo rozlíšenú optickú emisnú spektroskopiu a na záznam pomocou vysokorýchlostnej ICCD kamery.
