Draft of a chosen Business Plan

Abstract:

The master's thesis analyzes and evaluates the conditions for the establishment of employment agency, which works as an intermediary of the summer jobs for students. The proposal contains steps from inception to actual implementation of the business plan in the first three years in business. The theoretical part describes the structure of the plan itself and the necessary analysis to determine the pre-defined hypotheses. The practical part is held fixed structure and via particular analysis, results of the questionnaire and a marketing and financial plan establishes the overall business plan.

Abstract:

Diplomová práca analyzuje a vyhodnocuje podmienky na založenie personálnej agentúry sprostredkujúcej prácu v letných mesiacoch pre študentov. Obsahuje návrh krokov od založenia až po samotnú realizáciu podnikateľského plánu v prvých troch rokoch podnikania. Teoretická časť popisuje štruktúru samotného plánu ako aj potrebné analýzy na overenie vopred stanovených hypotéz. Praktická časť sa drží stanovenej štruktúry a prostredníctvom daných analýz, výsledkov dotazníkového prieskumu a marketingového a finančného plánu vytvára celkový obchodný plán podnikania.
