The goal of the thesis: “Bid rigging in public procurements” is to analyze cases solved by Office for the Protection of Competition. The first part contains the theoretical definition of bid rigging, especially the functioning of bid rigging, the factors influencing the emergence of bid rigging, methods for detecting bid rigging and tools for detection of bid rigging.
