Předmětem této práce je rozbor výtvarného umění a fotografie z hlediska autorského práva. První kapitola vymezuje základní právní pojmy jako autorské dílo, osobnostní a majetková práva, zákonné licence apod. Součástí této kapitoly jsou i licenční smlouvy. The subject of this work is an analysis of fine arts and photography in terms of copyright. The first chapter defines fundamental legal terms such as author's work, moral and economic rights, etc. Contracts related to copyright are also part of this chapter.
