Kvůli unikům důlních vod z bývalého uranového dolu Zadní Chodov vzniklo několik dílčích mokřadů, které se v čistění vody ukázaly jako nedostačující. Proto byla lokalita vybrána jako vhodné místo pro založení umělého mokřadu. Abstract:
Due to the drainage of mine water from the former uranium mine Zadní Chodov there are several sub-wetlands, which is in the cleaning of the water proved to be insufficient. Therefore, the location was selected as a suitable place for the establishment of an artificial wetland.
