Consumer behavior when buying food

Abstract:

Diplomová práce zkoumá spotřebitelské chování při nákupu potravin. Práce se soustředí na vybrané aspekty a jejich vnímání v závislosti na vybraných faktorech, které ovlivňují české spotřebitele při nákupu a působí na jejich rozhodovací procesy. Teoretická část obsahuje literární přehled o spotřebitelském chování a marketingovém výzkumu, který je poté uplatněn v empirické části. Výzkum je tvořen dotazníkovým šetřením, zjišťujícím, kterými faktory je nákupní chování nejvíce ovlivněno v návaznosti na demografické údaje spotřebitele. V empirické části je provedena analýza výsledků s vyhodnocením stanovených hypotéz pomocí statistickými metodami. Výsledkem práce jsou čtyři nejoptimálnější hypotézy, které určily jako hlavní faktory působící na nákupní chování spotřebitelův věk, výše příjmu, pohlaví a rodinný stav.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis examines consumer behavior when buying food. The work focuses on selected aspects and their perception depending on selected factors that affect Czech consumers when shopping and affect their decision-making processes. The theoretical part contains a literature review of consumer behavior and marketing research, which is then applied in the empirical part. The research consists of a questionnaire survey, which finds out which factors are most influenced by shopping behavior in connection with the demographic data of the consumer. In the empirical part, the analysis of the results is performed with the evaluation of the established hypotheses using statistical methods. The result of the work are the four most optimal hypotheses, which identified as the main factors influencing the shopping behavior of the consumer's age, income, gender and marital status.
