Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem kávového setu určeného primárně pro kavárny a restaurace. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat způsob servírování kávy, najít problémy a následně navrhnout nové funkční řešení. Výsledný produkt byl navržen s ohledem na použitý materiál, ergonomické parametry a prostředí, ve kterém se používá.

This bachelor work is based around designing a coffee set to be primarily used in coffee houses and restaurants. The aim was to analyse the style of coffee serving, identify problems and finally, design a new coffee set that is more functional and incorperates solutions to the problems found.
