Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou poskytování dávek hmotné nouze a zaměřuje se na novelu zákona o pomoci v hmotné nouzi. Teoretická část definuje pojmy související se systémem pomoci v hmotné nouzi, nezaměstnaností a aktivní politikou zaměstnanosti. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of providing material need benefits and focuses on the amended Act on assistance in material need. The theoretical part defines terms related to the system of benefits in material need, unemployment and the active policy of employment.
