The subject of this thesis is the impact of a low unemployment rate on a company. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the issue of unemployment in general. It defines the term "unemployment", it summarizes the impacts of the unemployment rate on the recruitment process and labour market, and also deals with possible means of employee turnover and retention policy in the Czech Republic.
