Collective Agreements and Collective Labor Disputes in Czech Labor Law
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá problematikou kolektivních smluv a kolektivních sporů v českém pracovním právu, a to nejenom z pohledu výkladu a zhodnocení současné právní úpravy jednotlivých ustanovení zákoníku práce a ostatních pracovněprávních předpisů, které se tohoto tématu dotýkají, ale současně také z pohledu zásadních vývojových změn, ke kterým v této oblasti v poslední době došlo.
Abstract:
This work deals with the issues of collective agreements and collective labor disputes in Czech labor law, not only from the perspective of interpretation and evaluation of present legislation of individual provisions of the Labor Code and other labor law regulations that relate to this topic, but also from the perspective of principal development changes that have recently happened in this area.
