Equal opportunities and discrimination
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o rovných příležitostech a diskriminaci mužů a žen na trhu práce. Práce blíže objasňuje pojem rovnosti, diskriminace a pozitivního opatřen. Cílem práce je poukázat především na nevýhodné postavení žen na trhu práce související s genderovými stereotypy, se kterými se můžeme běžně setkávat ve společnosti i v rodině.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is about equal opportunities and discrimination of men and women on the labor market. Further, this work clarifies zhe concept of equality, discrimination and positive provision. The aim of this thesis is underline the unfavorable position of women in thelabor market related to gender stereotypes, with which we commonly encounter in society and in the family.
