Direct Investment Protection in the EU
Abstract:
The Bachelor Thesis presents protection of foreign direct investment in the EU. Emphasis is placed on analysis of the situation after the Lisbon Treaty, when the protection of foreign direct investment came in the exclusive competence of the EU.
Abstract:
Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou ochrany priamych zahraničných investícií v EU. Dôraz je kladený na analýzu situácie po prijatí Lisabonskej zmluvy, keď sa ochrana priamych zahraničných investícií dostala do výlučnej právomoci EU.
