Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na právní analýzu žaloby na neplatnost s důrazem na změny zavedené Lisabonskou smlouvou a související judikaturu Soudního dvora Evropské unie. V první kapitole představuje čtenáři problematiku žaloby na neplatnost, zmiňuje relevantní literaturu a rozebírá jednotlivé prvky žaloby. The thesis focuses on the legal analysis of the Action for Annulment, mainly with respect to the changes introduced by the Lisbon Treaty and also to the related case-law of the Court of Justice of the European Union.
