Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá hodnotou nájmu nehnuteľnosti. Pozostáva z šiestich kapitol a niekoľkých podkapitol. Prvá Kapitola je zameraná na vymedzenie základných pojmov a ich charakteristiku. Druhá kapitola je zameraná na hodnotu nájmu nehnuteľnosti, nájom nehnuteľnosti z časového hľadiska a dobou nájmu nehnuteľnosti.
