Abstract:

Cílem práce je vyložit význam zornice v procesu vidění a její vztah s neurolooftalmologickými onemocněními. První část textu popisuje zornici jako součást oka a ukazuje principy, jimiž mění svoji velikost. Vysvětluje fyziologické reakce zornice na světlo, pohled do blízka či psychické podněty. Druhá část se zabývá možnými poruchami zornic, jejich příčinami, vyšetřením a léčbou. Popisuje vývojové vady i vady plynoucí z poruchy nervové pupilomotorické dráhy. Dále práce nastiňuje, jak je zornice ovlivněna farmaky.

Abstract:

The goal of the task is to interpret the sense of a pupil in the process of vision and its relation with neuroophtalmological diseases. The first part of the script describes the pupil as a section of the eye and shows the principles which change its size. It explains the physiological pupil reactions to the light, the sight to the near distance or psychical fuels. The second part deals with possible disorders of pupils, their causes, invastigation and cure. It describes the genetic defects and the defects which are results of disturbance nerve pupil-motoric track. The task also outlines how drugs influences the pupil.
