Environmentally sound soating materials

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je věnována studiu nátěrových hmot, především nátěrům šetrným pro životní prostředí. Práce je v první části zaměřena na obecné informace o nátěrových hmotách, jejich formulaci, rozdělení a složení, kde jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy. Dále se věnuje antikorozním pigmentům, zejména netoxickým. Jsou zde charakterizována pojiva z hlediska složení, které významně ovlivňuje chování nátěru. V druhé části byla otestována komerční nátěrová hmota a její deklarované vlastnosti.

Abstract:

The presented bachelor thesis concerns the study of coating substances, especially those environment-friendly substances. The first part of the bachelor work is focused on general information about the coating substances, their determination, division and composition. The basic terminology is explained. Also describes the non-corrosive pigments, particularly that non-toxic. The binding agents are characterized from the perspective of their composition that influences the quality of the coat significantly. In the second part was tested commercial coating and declared properties.
