Tato diplomová práce analyzuje právo spotřebitele odstoupit od smlouvy v případech smluv uzavřených na dálku nebo mimo obchodní prostory. V úvodní kapitole je ve stručnosti naznačen vývoj ochrany spotřebitele. This diploma thesis analyzes the consumer right to withdraw from distance and off-premises contracts. The brief introductory chapter outlines the development of consumer protection. Next chapters are devoted to presentation of various regulations, which deal with the right of withdrawal, and to judgements regarding this topic.
