Autecology and taxonomy of diatoms in epibryon of spring fens
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na modelovou ekologickou skupinu organismů, konkrétně rozsivky v hemiakvatickém společenstvu pramenišť. Studie klade zřetel na zjištění druhové bohatosti s přihlédnutím k interakcím s abiotickým prostředím a identifikaci biotických indikátorů ekologických procesů. Abstract:
This research is focused on the ecological model group of organisms such as diatoms in the semi-aquatic communities of spring wetlands. The study is into the species richness with regard to interactions with the abiotic environment, interactions between organisms and into the identification of other biotic indicators of ecological processes.
