Tato bakalářská práce je věnována optimalizaci metodiky MALDI-TOF MS při měření standardu mykolových kyselin. Jejich analýza se v poslední době stala možným přístupem ke zkoumání archeologických nálezů kostí, využitelný pro studium vývoje a výskytu tuberkulózy. Abstract:
The optimization of MALDI-TOF MS methodology in measurement of a mycolic acid standard is studied in this thesis. Analysis of mycolic acids has recently become a possible approach to ivestigating the archaeological skeletal remains, usable for studying development and incidence of tuberculosis.
