Boji proti drogám sa čoraz častejšie stáva témou diskusií na národnej i medzinárodnej úrovni. Po rokoch vojny proti nim sa začína protidrogová politika posúvať od úplnej represie k minimalizácii škôd spôsobených drogami a ich užívaním.
