Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá elektromobilitou, jakožto významnou součástí automobilového průmyslu. Cílem práce je zjištění postojů zákazníků k elektromobilům. Literární rešerše práce se zabývá tématem elektromobility jako takové, charakteristikou zákazníků a dalšími souvisejícími pojmy jako nabíjecí infrastruktura, ekologie či zdroje elektřiny. Aplikační část je věnována kvantitativnímu výzkumu, který slouží ke zpracování cíle práce za pomocí výzkumných otázek. Závěr aplikační části zobrazuje hodnotové křivky jako součást jednoho z nástrojů strategie modrého oceánu, a to sestavené na základě zákaznických preferencí a aktuální nabídky vybrané auto-mobilové firmy, zobrazené v obrazu strategie.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis concerns topic of electromobility as a significant part of the car industry. The aim of the thesis is to find out the customers’ attitude towards electric vehicles. The literature research defines the electromobility as itself, the characteristics of customers and other related terms such as charging infrastructure, ecology, or electricity resources. The application part is dedicated to quantitative research which is necessary for fulfilling the aim of the thesis, also with help of research questions. The final chapter of the application part shows the value curves, as one of the tools of the blue ocean strategy that are constructed on basis of customer preferences and current offer of the chosen car manufacturer, all shown in strategy canvas.
