Skladování náhradních dílů ve Philip Morris ČR a.s.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou skladování. Je zaměřena na skladování náhradních dílů v tabákové společnosti Phillip Morris ČR a.s. v Kutné Hoře. V práci je provedena analýza skladování náhradních dílů v této společnosti. Na základě analýzy jsou pak navržena opatření, která mohou pomoci odstranit zjištěné nedostatky a zlepšit skladovací procesy.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the problems of warehousing. It is focused on the storage of spare parts in the tobacco company Phillip Morris ČR a.s. in Kutná Hora. In the thesis, the analysis of the spare parts storage in this company is accomplished. Based on the analysis, measures are then designed that can help to eliminate the identified imperfections and improve the storage processes.
