Rigorózní práce se zabývá úpravou rozsudku pro uznání a rozsudku pro zmeškání, a to jak současnou, tak historickou. Současně se věnuje i zahraničním právním úpravám těchto typů rozsudků. Následně je též analyzována historická a zahraniční právní úprava rozsudku pro vzdání se nároku, která v současnosti v České republice není upravena. The thesis deals with the regulation of judgment of recognition and judgment by default, both current and historical. At the same time, it also deals with foreign legal regulation of these types of judgments. Subsequently, the historical and foreign legal regulation of the judgment of waiver of a claim, which is currently not provided for in the Czech Republic, is also analysed.
