The system of the shift assignment to trolleybus drivers in DPMB, a.s. and its improvement options
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá procesy souvisejícími s přidělováním služeb řidičům trolejbusů u Dopravního podniku města Brna, a.s. V teoretické části je obecně představena trolejbusová doprava v Brně a režim práce řidiče v městské hromadné dopravě s odkazem na právní řád České republiky. Systém přidělování služeb je podroben analýze a jsou navržena opatření pro zefektivnění tohoto systému.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the system of the shift assignment to trolleybus drivers in DPMB, a.s. In the theoretical part is presented the trolleybus operation in Brno and work-system of drivers in public transport concerning the Czech Labour Law. The shift allocation system is further subject to analysis and based on the findings the actions for optimization of the system are presented.
