Control bodies od security forces

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce byla rozdělena do dvou segmentů, na část teoretickou a praktickou. Pro sepsání práce bylo využito širokého spektra primárních i sekundárních zdrojů. V největší míře se autor práce opíral o v současné době platnou českou legislativu, která se činností bezpečnostních sborů a kontrolních orgánů přímo zaobírá. Stejně tak bylo využíváno i dokumentů, které jsou k dispozici na oficiálních stránkách jednotlivých bezpečnostních sborů a kontrolních orgánů. V menší míře byly využity i sekundární literární zdroje, které se problematikou bezpečnosti České republiky zaobírají.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis was divided into two segments, the theoretical and the practical. A wide range of primary and secondary sources were used to write the thesis. To the greatest extent, the author of the thesis relied on the currently valid Czech legislation, which deals directly with the activities of security forces and control bodies. Similarly, documents available on the official websites of individual security forces and control bodies were also used. To a lesser extent, secondary literary sources dealing with the issue of security in the Czech Republic were also used.
