Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tím, jak práce ovlivňuje sociální status lidí s mentálním postižením. Zaměřil jsem se na určitou skupinu klientů Denního stacionáře, kteří docházejí pracovat do partnerské kavárny, kde jsem zjišťoval, jak práce ovlivňuje jejich sociální status pohledem jich samých, tak i ostatních členů organizace. This bachelor thesis examines how the work influences social status of mentally disabled people. I focused on certain group of clients in Day care center Pardubice, who work in partnership cafe. I found out how the work affects their social status from their perspective and from the perspective of others organization's members.
