Abstract:

Kolísková A. Preference studentů vstupujících na pracovní trh. Diplomová práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2024. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zkoumáním preferencí zaměstnaneckých benefitů studentů posledních ročníků lékařských fakult v celé České republice. Cílem práce byla identifikace nejvíce žádaných výhod a následná formulace dopo-ručení v poskytování benefitů u možných budoucích zaměstnavatelů. Dílčím cílem je zjišťování statistických závislostí mezi slovními znaky za pomocí kontingenčních tabulek, čtvercové kontingence a Pearsonova koeficientu kontingence. V literární rešerši jsou obsaženy kapitoly, které se zabývají různými aspekty pracovního prostředí, motivace a zaměstnaneckých benefitů (právní rámec, da-ňové aspekty a konkrétní způsoby poskytování výhod). Vlastní výzkum je zaměřen na analýzu výsledků získaných pomocí dotazníkového šetření. V první části je zkoumán vliv očekávání studentů od jejich potenciálních zaměstnavatelů v rámci jednotlivých stupňů studia. Kde bylo zjištěno, že studenti bakalářského stupně studia mají výrazně vyšší očekávání oproti magisterským studentům. V druhé čás-ti je za pomocí váženého průměru získán výčet 10 nejpreferovanějších benefitů u nichž je následně testována statistická závislost pomocí Chí kvadrát testu a Pear-sonova koeficientu kontingence. Dále je zjišťováno, ve kterém sektoru chtějí re-spondenti po skončení studií vykonávat své zaměstnání. Z výsledků vychází, že nepreferovanějšími výhodami, u kterých byla nalezena závislost mezi preferencí daného benefitu a pohlavím, jsou 13. plat, příspěvek na penzijní připojištění, možnost podnikového parkování, příspěvek na stravné a firemní psycholog a za nejžádanější sektorem je označen sektor veřejný. Následně došlo k návrhu a vyčís-lení doporučení u vybraných zaměstnaneckých benefitů. V závěru práce jsou poté porovnány výsledky tohoto výzkumu s jinými studiemi v rámci diskuse.

Kolísková A. Preferences of students entering the labour market. Master thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2024. This thesis examines the benefits preferences of final year medical stu-dents across the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis was to identify the most desired benefits and then to formulate recommendations for the provision of these benefits by potential future employers. A sub-aim is to find statistical de-pendencies between the verbal characteristics using contingency tables, quadrat-ic contingency, and Pearson's contingency coefficient. The literature review includes chapters dealing with various aspects of the working environment, motivation, and employee benefits (legal framework, tax aspects and specific ways of providing benefits). The actual research focuses on the analysis of the results collected through a questionnaire survey. In the first part, the influence of students' expectations of their potential employers is inves-tigated in the context of the different levels of their programme of study. Where it was found that bachelor's degree students have significantly higher expectations compared to master's degree students. In the second part, using weighted aver-age, a list of top 10 preferred benefits is obtained for which statistical depend-ence is then tested using Chi- squared test and Pearson's contingency coefficient. Furthermore, the sector in which the respondents want to be employed after graduation is examined. The results show that the non-preferred benefits for which a relationship between preference for a given benefit and gender is found are 13th salary, wage, pension contribution, company parking, meal allowance and company psychologist and the public sector is identified as the most desirable sector. Subsequently, recommendations for selected employee benefits were pro-posed and quantified. The paper then concludes with a discussion comparing the results of this research with other studies.
