Abstract:
Bylo studována syntéze derivátu hexahydro-1\kur{H}-benzo[d]imidazolu substituovaných v poloze dvě různými (hetero)aromáty. Byly využity dvě metody kondenzace mezi příslušným imidoesterem a cyklohexan-1,2-diaminem (Metoda A a B). Celkem bylo získáno 11 opticky aktivních ligandů, které byly plně spektrálně zcharakterizovány a jejich enantioselectivita předběžně otestována.
Abstract:
The synthesis and spectral characterization of hexahydro-1\kur{H}-benzo[d]imidazole derivatives substituted at position C-2 is reported. The condensation of imidoesters with cyclohexane-1,2-diamine employs two methods (Methods A and B). Overall eleven optically active compounds have been synthesized.
