Psychická zátěž při headhuntingu

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je zjištění psychické zátěže zaměstnanců head-hunterských personálních společností a zkoumání souvislostí mezi výkonem ve streso-vém a optimálním prostředí. V teoretické části jsou nejprve uvedeny základní pojmy co se headhuntingu a pracovní a psychické zátěže týče. Dále jsou uvedeny kombinace všech tři konceptů v závislosti na příčinách a důsledcích psychické zátěže při vykonává-ní samostatné činnosti, headhuntingu. Poznatky získané v teoretické části jsou využity v části praktické, kde jsou zanalyzované výsledky dotazníku, který byl určen pouze pro zaměstnance headhunterských personálních společností, kde sama v jedné z nich pů-sobím. Pomocí získaných informací je zhodnocen současný stav psychické zátěže těch-to zaměstnanců a přidělený návrh možných řešení na snížení stresových faktorů.

Abstract:

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out the psychological stress of the em-ployees of head-hunt personnel companies and to examine the correlation between performance in stress and optimal environment. In the theoretical part there are pre-sented the basic concepts of headhunting, work and psychological stresses. There are also combinations of all three concepts, depending on the causes and consequences of the psychological stress of doing the separate activity, headhunting. The knowledges gained in the theoretical part are used in the practical part where the results of the questionnaire are analyzed. This questioner was meant only for the employees of headhunter personnel companies, one of which I am the employee as well. The ob-tained information evaluates the current state of psychological stress of these employ-ees and proposes a possible solutions for reducing stress factors.
