Tato bakalářská práce „Život po propuštění z výkonu trestu odnětí svobody“ tvoří dvě části, a to část teoretickou a část praktickou. Práce se zabývá životem odsouzených po propuštění z výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Teoretická část definuje výkon trestu odnětí svobody, rozebírá programy zacházení pro odsouzené, vysvětluje životní situaci propuštěného a představuje instituce postpenitenciární péče.
