Medical rehabilitation after fractures of the wrist

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce "Léčebná rehabilitace po zlomeninách zápěstí" je zaměřena na rehabilitační léčbu po zlomenině distální části radia, řešené operativně zpevněním pomocí LCP dlahy. Práce se skládá z části obecné, speciální a z metodiky. V obecné části se zabývám anatomií a kineziologií ruky a předloktí, příčinou vzniku, klasifikací, diagnostikou a následnou léčbou zlomenin. Věnuji se zde problematice úchopu a jemné motoriky. V části speciální poté popisuji jednotlivé rehabilitační postupy a metody, které lze u dané diagnózy využít. Metodika obsahuje kazuistiku pacienta, krátkodobý fyzioterapeutický plán s průběhem fyzioterapie, výstupní vyšetření a dlouhodobý fyzioterapeutický plán.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis "Medical rehabilitation after the wrist fracture" is focused on rehabilitation treatment, after fracture of the distal radius, with sururgical resolving using LCP splint. The work consists of a general and special parts and methodology. The general part deals with anatomy and kinesiology of hand and forearm, causes, classification, diagnosis and subsequent treatment of fractures. This part deals also with the problems of grip and fine motor skills. In the special part I describe individual rehabilitation procedures and methods that can be used for this specific diagnosis. The methodology includes a case history of a patient, short-term physiotherapy plan with proces of physiotherapy, the final examination and long-term physiotherapy plan.
