This diploma thesis examines the current system of motivation and education of employees of a casino operated by Rebuy Stars. The research is based on an analysis of the casino's strategy and objectives that determine the roles of employees in the casino. V predloženej diplomovej práci sa skúma aktuálny systém motivácie a vzdelávania zamestnancov kasína, ktoré prevádzkuje firma Rebuy Stars. Skúmanie je založené na analýze stratégie a cieľov kasína, ktoré určujú, aké sú úlohy zamestnancov na jednotlivých pozíciách v kasíne.
