Bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací dospívajících fotbalistů k hraní fotbalu na výkonnostní úrovni. V teoretické části se práce zabývá nejdříve motivací obecně, dále pak motivací sportovní. Popisuje osobnost adolescenta, vývojové změny v tomto období a specifika v motivaci dospívajících. Zabývá se také specifiky v motivaci dospívajících fotbalistů. My bachelor work deals with motivation of adolescent football players to play football on the performance level. In the theoretic part of my work I deal with motivation generally, then I solve the problem of sports motivation.
