Tato diplomová práce analyzuje právní úpravu rybářství v České republice a také představuje vybrané problémy v dané oblasti. Zaměřuje se téměř výlučně na české právní předpisy, protože autor má zato, že tyto dostatečně upravují zvolenou problematiku a jsou v souladu s evropskou a mezinárodní úpravou. This thesis analyzes the legal issues on fishing in the Czech Republic and some problems related to this topic. In the first part, there are analyzed the Czech legal acts on fishing. The author intentionally does not mention European and international law because of the sufficiency of national law.
