Abstract:

Téma mé diplomové práce je Analýza využití grantových schémat Společného regionálního operačního programu v regionu Střední Čechy. V úvodních kapitolách mé práce jsem popsal obecné cíle a nástroje regionální a strukturální politiky Evropské unie, které jsem pakkonkretizoval na programovacím období let 2000 {--} 2006. Dále jsem se nastínil základní programovací dokumenty s příkladovou ukázkou na České republice. Po té jsem vylíčilzákladní principy Společného regionálního operačního programu a jeho priorit. Na to jsem navázal vymezením regionu Středních Čech a nastínil jsem základní filozofii jednotlivých grantových schémat. V praktické části jsem se zaměřil na analýzu grantových schémat Společného regionálního operačního programu z hlediska finanční alokace a počtu podaných žádostí. Soustředil jsem se hlavně na rozbor neúspěšných žadatelů. Z finančního hlediska jsem se zajímal především o to, zda byla finanční alokace zcela přerozdělena nebo ne. V závěru práce jsem porovnával grantová schémata v rámci celé České republiky. Poslední stránky jsem věnoval praktickým příkladům realizace projektů v rámci grantových schématSpolečného regionálního operačního programu v regionu Střední Čechy.

Abstract:

Theme of my diploma thesis is {\clq}qThe Analysis of Utilisation of the Grant Schematics of Joint Regional Operational Programme in the Region of Central Bohemia``. First section of my diploma thesis is the theoretical study of the programming documents of the Grant Schematics of Joint Regional Operational Programme. The first part of my diploma thesis focuses on general aims and goals of the Structural Policy of European Union in the region of Central Bohemia. I analyzed the basic methodological documents of programming of the period 2000 {--} 2006. I naturally focused on the example of Czech republic. Second section is the practical part focuses primary on the Region of the Central Bohemia. I compare the concrete Grant Schematics in the region of Central Bohemia from several different points of view. The most important were the financial spend and the number of the applications. At the end of the second part, I compare the place of the Central region in the Czech republic. To complete the second part, I described some of the successful projects from the region Central Bohemia. At the end of my diploma thesis, I summarize the key points of my work.
