Diplomová práce pojednává o vzájemných právech a povinnostech advokáta a klienta daných českou právní úpravou. Práce popisuje historický vývoj práv a povinností na území České republiky. Dále se věnuje úpravě většiny práv a povinností v právním vztahu advokáta a klienta, která vyplývají nejen ze zákonů, ale i ze stavovských předpisů. The thesis deals with the relative rights and obligations between a lawyer and a client, which are established by the Czech legislation. The thesis describes historical development of the rights and obligations in the area of the Czech Republic.
