The influence of destination presentation on satisfaction and loyalty of visitors in the Beskydy-Valašsko region

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce obsahuje návrh doporučení na zlepšení prezentace turistic-ké oblasti Beskydy-Valašsko, který povede ke zvýšení návštěvnosti této destinace. Návrh byl vypracován na základě provedené analýzy současného stavu prezentace a dotazníkového šetření. Výsledky provedené analýzy a dotazníkového šetření naznačily, že současná prezentace turistické oblasti na sociálních sítích vykazuje určité nedostatky. Na základě těchto zjištění byl vypracován návrh na zlepšení stá-vající prezentace, který se zaměřuje na zařazení nového formátu obsahu. Nově im-plementovaný formát obsahu v podobě krátkých videí, které při správném nasta-vení mohou získat pozornost velkého množství uživatelů sociálních sítí, by mohl vést ke zvýšení celkové návštěvnosti turistické oblasti.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis contains a proposal for recommendations to improve the presentation of the Beskydy-Valašsko tourism area, which will lead to an in-crease in the number of visitors to this destination. The proposal was developed based on an analysis of the current state of the presentation and a survey. The re-sults of the analysis and the survey indicated that the current presentation of the tourist area on social media has certain shortcomings. Based on these findings, a proposal for improving the existing presentation was developed, which focuses on incorporating a new content format. The newly implemented content format in the form of short videos, which can attract the attention of a large number of social media users if set up correctly, could lead to an overall increase in the number of visitors to the tourism area.
