Absolventská práce se zabývá specifikami práce s osobami s mentálním postižením v rámci sociálně terapeutické dílny Cukrárna Lipka. Cílem je popsat techniky a pracovní postupy, které zaměstnankyně tohoto zařízení využívají. The graduate thesis deals with the specifics of working with people with mental disabilities in the social therapy workshop Cukrárna Lipka. The aim is to describe the techniques and working procedures used by the employees of this facility.
