Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na téma implicitních teorií o měnitelnosti a neměnnosti (stabilitě) inteligence. Výzkumy C. S. Dweck a jejích kolegů ukázaly, že jedinci přesvědčení o neměnnosti (stabilitě) inteligence a jedinci přesvědčení o možnosti svou inteligenci změnit se od sebe liší svou výkonovou motivací, reakcí na neúspěch, atribucemi neúspěchu a celkově odlišným sebepojetím. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with implicit theories about changeability and stability of intelligence. C. S. Dweck and her colleagues found out that people with entity theory of intelligence (intelligence is stable) and people with incremental theory (intelligence is changeable) vary in their achievement motivation, reaction to failure, attributions of failure and overall different self-concept.
