Entry of a new football agency to the market

Abstract:

Hlavním záměrem této bakalářské práce je vypracování podnikatelského plánu fotbalové agentury. První část teoretická části obsahuje důležité informace k pochopení pojmů podnikání, podnik a podnikatel. Druhá část teoretické části přibližuje důležité náležitosti, které by měl správně sestavený podnikatelský plán obsahovat. Praktická část bakalářské práce se zabývá vyhotovením podnikatelského plánu a možnosti realizace podnikatelského záměru. Podnikatelský plán obsahuje vypracované analýzy, které slouží k posouzení proveditelnosti podnikatelského záměru.

Abstract:

The main intention of this thesis is to make a business plan of a football agency. The first part of the theoretical part incorporates important information to understand the concepts of business, enterprise and entrepreneur. The second part of the theoretical part describes the important elements that a properly designed business plan should incorporate. The practical part of the thesis deals with the preparation of a business plan and the possibility of implementing a business plan to a reality. The business plan incorporates elaborated analyzes that are used to assess the feasibility of the business plan.
