Changes in the position of the major meridians of the astigmatic eye depending on age

Abstract:

Tématem práce je změna polohy hlavních řezů astigmatismu oka v závislosti na věku. Je rozdělena na dvě hlavní kapitoly, na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. V teoretické části jsou popsány změny organismu věkem, zaměřeny zvlášť na celkové změny a na změny očních struktur, dále jsou charakterizovány funkční změny oka v průběhu života. Je zde vymezen pojem oční astigmatismus, jeho druhy, metody vyšetření a způsoby korekce pravidelného astigmatismu. Ve výzkumné části byl stanoven cíl výzkumu, vyřčeny hypotézy a popsány vyšetřované osoby. Je zde také uvedena metodika, kterou celý výzkum probíhal, popsány prostory a vybavení pracoviště, ve kterém se měření odehrávalo. Při zjištění astigmatismu byl sledován a podrobně hodnocen jeho druh a stupeň. Z rozdílu naměřených hodnot objektivně a subjektivně byla usuzována přesnost měření autorefraktometru v závislosti na individuálních požadavcích klienta. V závěru jsou rozebrány naměřené hodnoty a zpracované výsledky.

Abstract:

The theme of this thesis is to change in position of the major meridians of the astigmatic eye depending on age. It is divided into two main chapters, the theoretical and research section. In the theoretical section are described changes in the organism during the age, separately focused on the overall changes and changes in ocular structures are characterized as functional ocular changes during life. There is defined therm ocular astigmatism, its types, methods of analysis and methods of correction of regular astigmatism. In the research part of the thesis target of research was set, hypotheses articulated and described the examined person. It also identified the methodology, which conducted the research, described the workplace premises and equipment in which the measurement took place. The determination of astigmatism was monitored and evaluated in detail the type and grade. The difference between the measured values of objective and subjective was reasoning autorefraktometer accuracy depending on the individual client's requirements.. In conclusion, the measured values are analyzed and processed results.
