Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na faktory vstupující do procesu práce v nízkoprahových zařízeních pro děti a mládež. Teoretická část vymezuje všeobecně nízkoprahová zařízení pro děti a mládež s užším pohledem na cílovou skupinu a zohledňuje pracovníky, jejich vzdělání, osobnostní předpoklady a psychosociální dovednosti. This thesis focuses on the factors entering into the working process in low-threshold facilities for children and youth. Generally, theoretical part defines the low-threshold facilities for children and youth with a closer sight of the target group and takes into account employees, their education, personal preconditions and psychosocial skills.
