Abstract:

Cílem předkládané diplomové práce je zjistit informovanost hospitalizovaných amputovaných klientů v produktivním věku o následné péči, zda klienti mají zájem o informace z jednotlivých oblastí následné péče a zda jim byly ze strany zdravotnického personálu informace poskytnuty. Zjištění může posloužit ke zkvalitnění poskytování informací týkající se následné péče u hospitalizovaných amputovaných klientů. Teoretická část práce je věnována klíčovým pojmům práce. Je členěna do pěti kapitol. První kapitola teoretické části je věnována teoretickým východiskům a je zde vymezena také základní terminologie. V dalších kapitolách se věnuji přehledu odborných zdrojů vztahující se k tématu, potřebám klientů po amputaci a koordinované rehabilitaci v kontextu amputovaných klientů v produktivním věku. Poslední kapitola je zaměřena na možnosti a limity následné péče. Empirická část je zpracována v kapitolách šest a sedm prostřednictvím kvantitativního výzkumu. Jedná se o dva výzkumy, které směřují k poznání jednoho tématu. Použitou technikou je dotazník vlastní konstrukce. V této části práce jsou popsány také výsledy výzkumu. Výsledky jednorozměrné analýzy jsou zpracovány v programu IBM SPSS Statistics a zaznamenány ve frekvenčních tabulkách a grafech. Výsledky dvourozměrné analýzy jsou zpracovány ve stejném programu a zaznamenány v kontingenčních tabulkách a grafech.

Abstract:

The aim of the submitted diploma thesis is to find out the information of hospitalized amputated clients in productive age about the subsequently care, whether the clients are interested in information from individual areas of aftercare and whether they were provided by the healthcare personnel. The findings may serve to improve the provision of follow-up information to hospitalized amputated clients. The theoretical part is devoted to key concepts of work. It is divided into five chapters. The first chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to the theoretical basis and there is also defined the basic terminology. In the next chapters I review the professional resources related to the topic, clients needs after amputation and coordinated rehabilitation in the context of amputated clients of productive age. The last chapter focuses on options and limits of aftercare. The empirical part is elaborated in chapters six and seven through quantitative research. These are two researches that aim to understand one topic. The technique used is a questionnaire of its own design. This part of the thesis also describes the results of the research. One-dimensional analysis results are processed in the IBM SPSS Statistics Program and recorded in frequency tables and charts. Two-dimensional analysis results are processed in the same program and recorded in contingency tables and charts.
