Abstract:

Tento diplomová práce představuje vývoj aplikace pro rozpoznávání obrazu využívající techniky strojového učení. Aplikace byla vyvinuta pomocí prostředí flutter k vytvoření aplikace pro zařízení Android. Zaměřuji se na vytvoření aplikace pro rozpoznávání ručně psaných čísel i čísel psaných počítačovým písmem. Jádro této aplikace je zaměřeno na model strojového učení trénovaný na datové sadě obrázků čísel. Protože však flutter poskytuje již integrovaný model z Google ML Kit pro rozpoznávání textu, byla tato aplikace vyvinuta pomocí tohoto modelu. Diplomová práce odkazuje na několik případů použití, kdy již bylo rozpoznávání obrazu integrováno do systému pro zlepšení jeho výkonu. Stručně shrnuje růst mobilních aplikací a jejich význam, než se ponoříme do strojového učení. Porovnání vývoje aplikací pro mobilní aplikace s vývojem pro desktopové aplikace. Práce také pojednává o případu, kdy by byla aplikace vylepšena tak, aby sloužila účetní firmě při zpracování jejích faktur. Abstract:

This diploma thesis presents the development of an image recognition application leveraging machine learning techniques. The application was developed using flutter environment to create the application for android devices. I aim's at creating an application for recognizing handwritten numbers as well as numbers written with computer fonts. The core of this application is centered on a machine learning model trained on a dataset of images of numbers. However, as flutter provides an already integrated model from Google ML Kit for text recognition, this application was developed using that model. The diploma thesis references a few use cases where image recognition has already been integrated into a system to improve its performance. Briefly overviews the growth of mobile applications and its importance before diving into machine learning. Comparing application development for mobile application with development for desktop application. The thesis also discusses a case where the application would be improved to serve an accounting firm in the processes of its invoices.
