Cílem mé bakalářské práce je objasnit a zdůvodnit význam různých forem týmové práce v současném firemním managementu. V úvodu popisuji trendy moderního managementu a dále se věnuji efektivnímu stylu vedení a koučinku. V další části práce se zmiňuji o významu týmové práce. It is the aim of this thesis to explain and justify the importance of different forms of teamwork in contemporary corporate management.
