Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá fázami životného cyklu podniku vo väzbe na metodiku ohodnotenia. Našu prácu sme rozdelili na tri základné kapitoly. Prvá kapitola je zameraná teoretickým východiskám a vymedzeniu základným pojmom podniku a jeho životného cyklu. V druhej kapitole sa venujeme metódam ohodnotenia a určíme metódy pre jednotlivé fázy životného cyklu. Tretia kapitola analyzuje životný cyklus konkrétneho …more
