Methodology of Investigating Crimes committed by children and juveniles

Abstract:

Obsahem práce je nahlédnutí do činnosti kriminalistů a vyšetřovatelů při objasňování trestných deliktů dětí a mladistvých. Je poukázáno na skutečnosti, které mají vliv na páchání trestné činnosti, jak z pohledu pachatele, tak z pohledu oběti. Součástí této práce je i psychologická část, jejímž cílem je nastínit problémové chování, které má vliv na páchání trestné činnosti. Závěrem je pak stručně zmíněn zákon v soudnictví ve věcech mládeže. Nedílnou součástí je také vysvětlení základních pojmů u daných kapitol. Praktická část se zabývá výzkumnými otázkami směřovanými na trestný čin a jejich následné vyhodnocení, jejichž cílem bylo zjistit, jaké trestné činy jsou nejrozšířenější a co vše má vliv na páchání trestné činnosti.

Abstract:

The content of the thesis is an insight into the activities of criminologists and investigators in clarifying criminal offences of children and juveniles. The facts that affect the commission of crime, both from the perspective of the perpetrator and from the perspective of the victim, are pointed out. This thesis also includes a psychological part, in which I the problem behaviours that influence the commission of crime are outlined. Finally, the law in the juvenile justice system is briefly discussed. An explanation of the basic concepts of the chapters is also included. The practical part deals with research questions directed at crime and their subsequent evaluation, the aim of which was to find out which crimes are the most widespread and what all influences the commission of crime.
