V dnešní době existuje škála programů zabývající se analýzou makromolekulárních struktur a nové jsou denně vyvíjeny. Cílem této práce je vytvoření nástrojů, které umožní těmto programům přístup k vizualizační aplikaci PyMOL, a to způsobem vytvářejícím jak možnosti překladu výstupních dat analytických programů do dat, které je aplikace PyMOL schopna zobrazit, tak možností tvorby uživatelského rozhraní …more

In today's world there exists range of programs dealing with analysis of macromolecular structures and new are being created every day. Goal of this thesis is creation of tools, that will allow these programs to access visualization aplication PyMOL.
