Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem přípojného vozidla O1 s danými rozměry a zpracováním popisu postupu schválení jednotlivě vyrobeného takového silničního vozidla. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na popis rozdělení přípojných vozidel, popsání zákonných požadavků pro podání žádosti o schválení technické způsobilosti jednotlivě vyrobeného vozidla. Dále zpracovává přehled dostupných polotovarů a komponent vhodných pro sestavení konstrukčního návrhu. V aplikační části se práce věnuje sestavení 3D modelu konstrukčního návrhu s využitím vhodných komponent a polotovarů. Dále je vytvořen nákres sestavy vozidla s uvedením rozměrů a hmotností. V závěru aplikační části je sestaven návod k údržbě a obsluze vozidla v českém jazyce.

Abstract:

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the design of an O1 trailer with given dimensions and the description of the approval procedure of an individually manufactured such a road vehicle. The theoretical part focuses on the description of the classification of trailers, the description of the legal requirements for the application for approval of the technical qualification of an individually manufactured vehicle. It also provides an overview of the available semi-finished products and components suitable for the construction design. In the application part, the thesis focuses on the assembly of a 3D model of the design using suitable components and semi-finished products. Furthermore, a sketch of the vehicle assembly is produced with dimensions and weights. At the end of the application part, a maintenance and operation manual for the vehicle is compiled in Czech language.
